• Payment: Invoices are due within a days. Projects begin upon deposit receipt.
• Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are unavailable post delivery. Refunds apply only to domain and hosting services if requested within 14 days of purchase; setup costs are non refundable as work begins immediately upon project confirmation. We offer unlimited revisions within 7 days of project completion.
• Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, you own all rights to deliverables. We retain the right to showcase projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
